The plan of the production units of the enterprise is called the production program of the enterprise according to the volume, nomenclature, assortment, quality and time of production of the product. The production program is the basis of planning in the enterprise, because the main goal of the industrial enterprise is to produce the industrial product in the appropriate form and in the required quantity. Indicators for other parts of the plan often act as indicators generated from the production program. They are the demand for the means of production (the number and skill level of employees, material, raw materials, fuel, energy costs, the composition and volume of the necessary equipment, financial resources), the efficiency of production (the value of the product itself, profitability, profitability) for the implementation of the production program. , traffic, etc.) are defined. The content of the production program depends on the strategic goals of the enterprise during the planning period. When it is created, the company uses the results of marketing research conducted on the relevant markets, the size of the government commission (if it exists in the company's business), the created package of commissions, as well as existing restrictions on all types of funds. The following aspects should be taken into account when developing an enterprise production program:- natural product production plan,- production plan in terms of value. The validity and reliability of the planned assignments in the production program depend on the selection of measurements. Natural and conditional natural units of measurement are used in planning practice. The nature of natural indicators is determined by the nature of the product: tons in the oil industry, kilowatt-hours in electric power, cubic meters in wood processing, and grams and carats in the jewelry industry. There are also industries where the use of a single natural index is insufficient to fully describe the physical volume and consumption value of the product. In such cases, two indicators are used. For example, the production of paper is planned in tons and square meters, the production of pipes is planned in tons and meters, and the production of tractors is planned in numbers and horse power (hp).Conditional-natural units are used when the same product has different consumption values, or when the output (for example, machines, mechanisms) is not the same in terms of capacity and productivity. For example, the calorific value of coal can be different, wall materials - blocks, bricks - can be of different sizes. Therefore, in practice, fuel extraction can be planned in conditional tons, and wall materials in millions of conditional bricks. Before creating a production program, a package of orders is created, based on which the volume of the product to be sold is determined.In-kind product planning ensures that production matches the demand for specific types of it, as well as the appropriate amount of resources in-kind. But such business experience does not always allow to determine the total volume, growth rate and structure of production, so it is of great importance to make a production plan in a cost sense. The volume of the planned product is intended for shipment during the planned period of the production plan and is subject to payment for finished products, semi-finished products produced by the enterprise, including overhauling of its own technological equipment and means of transport carried out by the power of the enterprise's industrial-production workers, industrial activities for the other party, the product It is defined as the value of the executed volume and the value of the works performed for the substantial construction of the enterprise itself and other non-industrial households on its balance sheet.
